Hey everyone! My name is Montala (mon-tay-la) and I am a junior studying public health. I am originally from the south side of Chicago, Illinois. Outside of being an honors ambassador, I am the choreographer for the club cheerleading team on campus, a student ambassador for the College of Public Health, an Honors peer mentor, and the founder/president of a new student organization on campus called Paws at Iowa! In my free time, I love watching football with my friends, going on road trips, and dancing. You can ask me about anything including Honors coursework, getting involved on campus, or how to be successful in college in general! :)
