There is often a misconception that you have to wait until your later years in college to get involved in leadership roles on campus. However, that is not always the case! As a first year student, Kaila decided to put herself out there and get involved in the Learning Assistant Program in the Chemistry Department while also earning Experiential Learning credit! An open letter to our University Community on anti-Asian harm
