Thomas is a third-year student from Iowa City, Iowa, majoring in Microbiology with a minor in Human Physiology. Thomas started working with the Honors Program as a design editor for Honors Publications and is now beginning his first semester as a student admin. Aside from the Honors Program, Thomas is also an undergraduate research assistant, a volunteer at the Free Medical Clinic, and the president of UNICEF Iowa. Thomas also performs and records music with local musicians and is involved with the Vietnamese Student Association. In his free time, Thomas enjoys running and biking long distances, playing the drums and the piano, and traveling to new places with his friends.
