Honors Outreach Ambassadors earn experiential learning credit by communicating with prospective students and families in admissions and recruitment contexts such as Hawkeye Visit Days and daily campus visits; by collaborating with professional staff and current students on interest‑area presentations (Hear From a Peer); and by co‑facilitating Honors Program social events. Through promoting honors opportunities in a variety of formats, Honors Outreach Ambassadors strengthen their communication, networking, and teamwork skills and grow as peer leaders.
