Hello everyone! My name is Pujit Mekala and I am a Junior from Waukee, Iowa. I am a neuroscience major on the pre-medical track. While this is my first semester as an Honors Outreach Ambassador, I have been involved with the honors program in some way, shape, or form since my first day at the University of Iowa. I love the Honors Program because it allows you to have a small community feel while integrated within a large university. Outside of class I love listening to music, watching football, and spending time with friends and family!
