Candice Wuehle
As Student Scholarship and Development Specialist, Dr. Wuehle helps honors students navigate the many scholarship opportunities available through the University of Iowa Honors Program. Dr. Wuehle mentors students on the scholarship application process from start to finish. This includes identifying opportunities, crafting the application essay, and developing a standout resume. Additionally, Dr. Wuehle enjoys teaching a Second-Year Seminar course that helps students identify their passions as a learner and explore those passions through Honors Experiential Learning opportunities. As a creative writer and graduate of the University of Iowa, she is excited to teach courses on the connection between reflective practice and the written word in all her course. In her free time, she likes to go to the movies at FilmScene, pet her Holland Lop rabbit, Miles, and attend readings at Prairie Lights.
