Honors instructors play a critical role in the education of our students. While we are grateful for all of the Honors instructors at the University of Iowa, we solicit student nominations each spring specifically for the Honors Teaching Award. This award recognizes an individual who effectively engages students in the learning process and helps them develop personally.

Nominations: The University Honors Program will send out a call for nominations by email, social media, and on our website in late fall/early spring each year. The nomination form will ask for the nominator's information, the nominee's information, and a explanation of why this instructor has proved exceptional in teaching honors students.
