Show It Off!
The opportunity to exhibit one’s artwork is invaluable to professional and scholastic development as an artist. The Blank Honors Center has galleries located on the third and fourth floor. These linearly arranged galleries are able to hold both 2D and 3D works. The exhibits held in the BHC are juried shows that last one to two weeks on either the third or fourth floor.
In order to exhibit in the gallery, you must apply. Sample images and an artist statement will be considered in a competitive process to determine the forthcoming exhibitions. Applicants will be informed of their status within a month of their application. If selected, artists will work with the Honors Gallery Coordinator(s) to determine the details for the most effective exhibition.
Students seeking to exhibit as Senior BFA, Honors Studio Art BA, and Studio Art BA shows may be given preference, but all undergraduate students are encouraged to apply.
Submit Your Artwork for Exhibition
Email the Honors Gallery student staff at email@example.com. In this email include a cover letter stating your name, year, student ID number, and program, attach 2-5 sample jpeg images, and your artist statement.
To be considered for a preferred time, please list the preferred month in the cover letter.
