For Honors at Iowa, our administrative home is even newer than our physical home in the Blank Honors Center. In Fall 2005, we moved from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences to the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost. Adjustments to other administrative arrangements have followed for Honors.
On the right, you can access details about Honors reporting to the Provost’s Office and playing roles in the University College. A second portal on the right can take you to particulars about how Honors manages its policies and programs. Also on the right, you can access contacts for the honors programs in specific majors across campus. Below you can glimpse the Shambaugh Honors House being moved north on Clinton Street; it yielded to the new Blank Honors Center and became instead home to Iowa’s famous International Writing Program.
