Honors Recognitions

 

Honors at Iowa encourages students to challenge themselves in the classroom and beyond.  To minimize requirements, it maximizes opportunities and incentives.  This is a formula for many achievements, and these inspire many honors that serve as incentives.  Our roster of recognitions is exceptional because Honors at Iowa loves to celebrate attainments by its students, faculty, and staff.

 

Iowa’s distinctive devices for acclaiming the accomplishments of its Honors Students include Honors Ceremonies, Commendations, Dinners, Graduations, and Scholarships.  For information about each, please click its label on the right.

 

For teachers, membership in  the Honors Faculty is a signal recognition in itself.  We record many additional accomplishments in the Honors Hall of Fame.
